Ingredientes

  • 2 x Shallots
  • 5 x Scallions
  • 4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Half and half
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd mace
  • 1 tsp Paprika Warm pepper sauce
  • 1 lb Lump crabmeat Salt and black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry shallots and scallions in butter over medium heat till softened. About 2-3 min. Blend in flour. Cook 4 min. Slowly stir in lowfat milk, half and half and cream. Cook just till hot stir occasionally. Stir in white pepper, mace, paprika and Tabasco. Gently stir in crabmeat. Heat, don't let boil, and serve warm.
  2. Approximately 5-7 min.
