Receta Creamy Crab Cheesecake
I am a crab lover, I eat alot of boiled crabs and crab dishes. So I couldn't wait to try this one. Thank dana for a great recipe!! I loved it. Hope you all Enjoy!

- In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter
- Press into the bottom of a greased 9 inch pan
- Place on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Cool on wire rack
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream until smooth
- Add eggs, beat on low just until combined
- Add onion, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, hot pepper (if desired) and black pepper, beat until blended
- Fold in crab meat,
- Pour over crust
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes
- Carefully run a knife around edge to loosen
- Cool 1 hour
- Spread remaining sour cream over top
- refrigerate over night
- before serving let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- refrigerate left overs
