Ingredientes

  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 med Cucumber minced fine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped very Fine
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper

Direcciones

  1. Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Use generously with falafel as well as with fresh green salads.
