4 bone-in pork loin chops ½ Tablespoon butter ½ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon pepper ½ cup water 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes ¼ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon dried sage leaves ¼ teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet or Worcestershire sauce ⅓ cup milk 2 Tablespoons Arrowroot

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In large skillet over high heat, melt the butter, and brown pork chops on both sides. (about 5 minutes) Add water, parsley flakes, onion powder, sage and Worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep warm. In small bowl, combine milk and arrowroot; blend until smooth. Gradually stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve gravy with pork chops. 3.2.2708
