Creamy Green Beans Almondine

Ingredientes

2 (9 ounce.) Packages frzn green beans, cooked & liquid removed
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 teaspoon or possibly 2 cubes chicken-flavor instant bouillon

3/4 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. (2 ounce.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted (if you like)

Direcciones

In medium saucepan, heat butter; stir in flour and bouillon. Gradually stir in lowfat milk; cook and stir till thickened. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Add in beans; heat through. Stir in almonds. Serve immediately. Chill leftovers. Makes 6 servings.
