Receta Creamy Green Garlic 'N Dill Dressing
Tonight I made this HUGE salad for dinner and was in the mood for something creamy with a dill flavor. I came up with this very yummy garlic and dill dressing with a hint of horseradish. You can add more dill and more horseradish per your preference. Makes a great veggie dip or massage into a wilted kale salad. Add more cashews if you want to thicken it. Here's the basic recipe...
Creamy Green Garlic 'N Dill Dressing
Ingredients:
- From Our Community Garden1/2 cup cashews
- 6 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 -2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup water (add more if needed)
- 2 Tablespoons horseradish, grated (optional)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey or liquid sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Blend until creamy.
Drizzle over salad or serve as a veggie dip.
