Ingredientes

1 c. lowfat sour cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
32 ounce. frzn peas, thawed (6 c.)

1/3 c. minced green onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
1/2 c. imitation crumbled bacon

Direcciones

Mix lowfat sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl. Stir in peas and onions. Place half the pea mix in a serving bowl. Top with half the cheese and half the bacon; repeat layers. Cover and refrigeratetill serving. 12 servings.
