Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Frzn greens, collards, turnip or possibly dandelion, thawed
  • 1 tsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 lb Smoked ham, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Warm red pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. Drain greens in a sieve and press out as much liquid as possible. Heat butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook ham 2 min per side or possibly till golden brown. Transfer to a platter. Add in garlic to pan and cook 1 minute, stirring, till fragrant. Add in greens and lowfat milk and cook 4-5 min, stirring occasionally, till most of liquid is absorbed.
  3. Season with red pepper sauce. Serve ham slices on top of greens.
