Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce.) horseradish root, pared and coarsely minced (1 c.)
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 c. light cream
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. In blender container, combine horseradish root, brown sugar, salt, pepper, cream, vinegar and mustard. Cover; blend thoroughly.
  2. In small saucepan, heat thoroughly, but don't boil. Chill. Makes 1 c.. Serve over meat, seafood, cool cuts or possibly as an appetizer dip. Especially good over pork.
