Ingredientes

6 med. kohlrabi, peeled & shredded
1 c. (2 med.) shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

1/4 c. French dressing
2 teaspoon sugar
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover - chill 2 hrs or possibly till ready to serve. Yields 4 c..
