Ingredientes

  • 10 1/2 ounce Package silken tofu
  • 3/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Arrowroot pwdr/cornstarch
  • 1 c. Fructose/sugar

Direcciones

  1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste.
  2. Cook mix on the stove top. Bring to a boil on low heat, stiring constantly until thickened. When thickened, pour mix into individual serving dishes & refrigerateuntil hard.
