Ingredientes

  • 3 lg. Spanish onions
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound linguine

Direcciones

  1. Thinly slice the Spanish onions and saute/fry in the butter along with the minced garlic. Saute/fry onions till translucent/soft (don't brown). Lower heat and add in lowfat sour cream, the half & half, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Heat slowly till bubbly. Serve over warm, cooked linguine.
