- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or possibly 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

- Sieve cottage cheese or possibly fold in blender till smooth and creamy. Stir in buttermilk, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Makes 3 c.. Calories: 1 Tbsp. = 17 calories.
- NOTE: Other flavors may be substituted for salt (such as onion, garlic, celery).
