- Place mix, lowfat milk and extract in blender container. Cover and blend till well combined. Pour over ice cubes, garnish and serve immediately. Yield 1 serving - 130 calories per serving; 5 grams fat; 167 mg calcium.
- Also may be made using powdered pina colada mix. Substitute lowfat milk for water and rum. Add in 1/4 tsp. rum extract. Follow directions above.
