Creamy Mashed Potatoes



These are creamy and delicious to add to any meal.

Ingredientes

  • 5 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbs. butter
  • Dashes of salt
  • Dashes of black pepper
  • Dashes of garlic powder

Direcciones

  1. Skin and boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Drain and place in deep bowl while still hot. Add the butter, sour cream and milk and spices and mash.
  3. You may adjust the milk and sour cream to your liking.
