Creamy Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch blended with 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Cooked noodles (save broth)

Direcciones

  1. In frying pan, add in onion and mushrooms. Cook, stirring till both are lightly browned. Fold in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and broth from cooked noodles, stirring to blend in brown bits from pan. Stir in cornstarch mix mixing till thickened. Add in meatballs to mushroom sauce. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat and blend in lowfat sour cream. Return to low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles.
