Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, or possibly more to taste
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grainy mustard, such as Meaux
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar or possibly granulated sugar

Direcciones

  1. Coarse salt (kosher or possibly sea) and freshly grnd black pepper
  2. Place the dry mustard and lemon juice in a nonreactive mixing bowl and stir with a fork to create a smooth paste. Let sit for 3 min. Add in the mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, grainy mustard, dill, and sugar to the mustard mix and whisk. Taste for seasoning, adding salt, pepper, and more lemon juice if necessary. The sauce can be refrigerated, covered, for up to a day. Let it return to room temperature before serving.
