Ingredientes

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) bottle clam juice
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can chopped clams
  • 2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly light cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon BLAIR butter flavoring
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon BLAIR black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon BLAIR onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon BLAIR lemon flavoring
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix soup with water and clam juice in a large saucepan. Add in clams, salt, lowfat milk, butter and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Stir in cooked, diced potatoes, lemon flavoring and vinegar. Cover, remove from heat. Garnish with additional parsley, if you like.
