Ingredientes

  • 1 jar Hormel dry beef - (5 ounce)
  • 4 c. noodles cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse dry beef with boiling water; drain. Chop dry beef into small pcs. Combine beef, noodles, soup, and lowfat milk; mix well. Stir in cheese and onion.
  2. Spoon mix into 1 1/2-qt casserole. Toss together bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over beef mix. Bake 30 min or possibly till warm.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
