Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can ripe olives, liquid removed & chopped
  • 3 lg. cucumbers

  1. About 30 min before serving:
  2. In a small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 7 ingredients till smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Stir in olives and parsley.
  3. With four-tined fork, gently score cucumbers, with sharp knife thinly slice. Serve cucumber with dip. Makes about 1 1/2 c. dip or possibly 12 appetizer servings.
  4. Can be prepared 2 days ahead - chill and remove 30 min to softened.
