Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange, finely grated
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Grand Marnier liqueur

Direcciones

  1. Fresh Fruits: strawberries, cherries, green seedless grapes, apricots, bananas, pears, apples, peaches
  2. Canned Fruits: mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks
  3. Cubes of lb. cake: chocolate is especially nice.
  4. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Slowly add in half and half, stirring till smooth. Add in sugar and orange zest. Stir in cubed cream cheese till melted. Add in Grand Marnier. Cook till mix is just bubbly.
