Ingredientes

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (or 1 cup water, 1 bouillon cube)
  • 3/4 cup uncooked polenta
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese

Direcciones

  1. Simmer milk and broth together over medium heat. Gradually add polenta. Cook for approx. 20 minutes, or until thick and bubbly, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, stir in salt and cream cheese.
