Ingredientes

  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender; stir in lowfat milk and salt. Heat just till mix begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. Serve soup warm. Yield: 6 servings.
