Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Cooked rice [short grain makes it creamier]
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk, divided
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2/3 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine rice, 1 1/2 c lowfat milk, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till thick and creamy, 15-20 minutes.
  2. Blend remaining 1/2 c lowfat milk and egg. Stir into rice mix. Add in raisins.
  3. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in butter and vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg or possibly cinnamon.
