Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pkt Creamette spaghetti - (16 ounce pkg) uncooked
  • 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cut julienne strips
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp bottled warm pepper sauce
  • 3/4 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely-shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt Bottled warm pepper sauce (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  2. In medium skillet, stir-fry Spam and garlic in oil till meat is lightly browned: drain. Stir in whipping cream, green onions, 1/2 tsp. warm pepper sauce, cheeses, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, till cheese melts.
  3. Add in spaghetti, stir till coated; heat through. Serve immediately with additional warm pepper sauce, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
