Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter or possibly Flora margarine
  • 2 sm onions peeled and sliced
  • 1 lrg bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 lb skinless chicken cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x courgette sliced
  • 3/4 c. Elmlea Double Cream Substitute

Direcciones

  1. Heat the I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter or possibly Flora margarine in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat and saute/fry the onion till soft and golden brown
  2. Add in the bay leaf and chicken and fry till lightly browned.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients (except Elmlea Double) and stir fry to glaze the chicken in the spices and seasoning.
  4. Pour in the Elmlea Double and fold in well. Cover and simmer gently over a low heat for 8-10 min or possibly till the chicken is cooked.
  5. Serve with rice and chutney.
