Receta CREAMY SPINACH DIP

We love this dip. I can’t get enough of it and it does not last long at my house. This dip is good with anything. I have even put it on baked potatoes!
- Fresh Spinach (Enough to make 2 cups of chopped spinach)
- 2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Optional)
- Nuts of your choice (Optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. Serve with breads, chips or crackers. Note: We like it just plain without the cheese and nuts but it’s good both ways. Makes about 3 cups. Enjoy!
