Ingredientes

  • 1 c. minced, cooked ham
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli (or possibly 10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine ham and broccoli in water and cook till broccoli is tender. Gradually add in lowfat milk mix to ham broccoli mix, stirring constantly till slightly thickened. Simmer 5 min; stirring occasionally. Add in cheese and seasonings; cook till cheese begins to heat. Makes 4 to 6 servings with each serving containing approximately 295 calories.
