Ingredientes

1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon, crushed
Dash freshly grnd pepper
Assorted fresh vegetable dippers: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.

Direcciones

In medium mixing bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerateup to 24 hrs before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 c..
