Creamy Tofu Spinach Sauce/Dip

Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Frzn spinach
  • 12 ounce Lite silken tofu, extra hard
  • 1 tsp Spike seasoning, or possibly your favorite mix
  • 2/3 c. Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 tsp Broth pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Basil or possibly Italian herb blend
  • 8 ounce Gemelli or possibly other medium-sized pasta, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Barely defrost spinach (so which it retains which lovely green color) but do
  2. not* drain. Mash tofu with a fork, add in the rest of the ingredients except spinach and blend with a hand blender till completely smooth. Add in the spinach and mix well. Heat and spoon over warm pasta or possibly refrigeratefor a yummy dip.
  3. Serves 4 huge portions (my kids are big eaters) at 317 calories
