Receta Creamy Tomato and Lime Salad Dressing
Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup cashews (soaked 2 hours)
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp sesame tahini
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder
- sea salt (to taste)
- dash pepper
- 1 tsp dried cilantro or 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped
- dash cayenne
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar ( I used coconut water vinegar)
- 1 small tomato
- 1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp raw honey (or agave), to taste
