Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 med. stalk celery, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
  • Assorted fresh vegetables: sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves, minced broccoli
  • Shredded cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Set out a 12-inch round pan.
  2. Combine baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat dough into ungreased pan, forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake 10 min. Cold.
  3. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce, and tuna. Spread proportionately over crust. Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices. Top wedges with vegetables and cheese. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Cut into bite-size pcs or possibly serve with a small knife and allow guests to cut their own.
