3 tbsp. light oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
2 tbsp. heavy cream

Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together. Add in cream whisk vigorously till well blended. Just before serving blend dressing and serve. Makes 4 servings.
