Creamy Waldorf Salad

Ingredientes

1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon orange juice or possibly pineapple juice
3 lg. apples, cubed

1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
2 tbsp. minced celery
2 tbsp. minced pecans
2 tbsp. raisins

Direcciones

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in cream cheese mix to apple mix, toss gently. Cover and chill. Toss again before serving.
