Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. minced walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp minced fresh thyme or possibly 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 3/4 c. 10% cream
  • 4 ounce blue cheese, stilton, or possibly, gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 1 pch pepper
  • 4 c. medium-sized shell pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. In large skillet, toast walnuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 min or possibly till fragrant.
  2. Add in butter and thyme; cook for 30 seconds. Add in cream, blue cheese and pepper; simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 min or possibly till slightly thickened and cheese is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 min or possibly till tender but hard; drain well and return to pot. Add in sauce; toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
