Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 3/4 c. French fried onions

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry zucchini in butter till tender. Heat cheese and lowfat milk over low heat. Stir till smooth. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT onions. Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Top with onions continue baking 3 to 5 min or possibly till onions are golden.
