Crecian Veal

Ingredientes

  • 4-6 medium size veal, lamb or possibly pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large skillet. Add in veal. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook till brown, turning once. Stir vinegar, garlic, tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper into skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
