Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg ripe avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry

Direcciones

  1. Place avocados, salt, cream, and lemon juice into blender. Blend to a smooth pur*e.
  2. Heat chicken broth. Pour pur*e into warmed bowls or possibly tureen, slowly add in warm broth. Add in sherry.
  3. Garnish with a thin slice of lime, avocado, or possibly sprig of cilantro or possibly dab of lowfat sour cream.
  4. Serve hot or possibly chilled. To reheat, use a double boiler.
