Ingredientes
8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, finely grated
1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
4 to 6 cloves of garlic, mashed to paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dill, dry
1 tbsp. tarragon, dry
2 tbsp. chives, finely minced
1 dash Tabasco sauce to taste
Direcciones
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape as you like or possibly put in c. and chill. Serve with your favorite crackers or possibly bread.
