Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, finely grated
  • 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 to 6 cloves of garlic, mashed to paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dry
  • 1 tbsp. tarragon, dry
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely minced
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape as you like or possibly put in c. and chill. Serve with your favorite crackers or possibly bread.
