Ingredientes

  • 7 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Regular lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Lightly whipped heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. White creme de menthe

Direcciones

  1. In bowl of electric mixer, beat egg yolks very lightly. Gradually beat in sugar; beat about 4 min. Stir in lowfat milk that has been scalded. Place mix in saucepan and cook, stirring over medium low heat about 5 min. Place mix in mixing bowl over ice, and add in vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Just before serving, stir in whipping cream and creme de menthe. Serve with Chocolate Tile Cake or possibly other cake.
