Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb boneless beef round steak
  • 1 x green or possibly red bell pepper minced
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed
  • 1 med tomato minced
  • 1 x beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cool water
  • 6 ounce curly noodles

Direcciones

  1. Slice steak into diagonal strips about 1/4-inch thick. Combine steak, pepper, onion, garlic, and tomato in a 3 1/2-qt slow cooker.
  2. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add in to slow cooker with parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on Low about 6 hrs or possibly till steak is tender.
  3. Turn control to High. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in cool water. Stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on High about 10 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
  4. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Spoon steak mix over noodles.
  5. This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
