- Heat butter in large skillet. Add in macaroni, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min stirring occasionally.
- Add in 1 1/2 c. water; bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
- Sprinkle in flour; blend well. Stir in evaporated lowfat milk and cheese. Simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally, till cheese is completely melted. Garnish with green pepper or possibly parsley, if you like.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
