Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 pkt (12 ounce.) elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes w/Garlic & Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 can (12 fluid ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large skillet. Add in macaroni, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min stirring occasionally.
  2. Add in 1 1/2 c. water; bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
  3. Sprinkle in flour; blend well. Stir in evaporated lowfat milk and cheese. Simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally, till cheese is completely melted. Garnish with green pepper or possibly parsley, if you like.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
