Creole Marinated Grilled Red Snapper

Ingredientes

  • 2 x onions sliced
  • 4 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced thyme
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 whl cleaned red snapper

Direcciones

  1. Combine the onions and garlic. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 marinade over fish with onions and garlic. Let fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs.
  2. Grill fish on both sides for about 7 min. Hot remaining marinade and serve over cooked fish.
