Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. All purpose flour
  • 1 pch salt
  • 16 ounce Ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. To make crepes, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk-add in flour and salt slowly and beat.
  2. Combine ricotta and creme cheese, egg, cinnamon and lemon rind, mix till smooth.
  3. Place 2 Tablespoons of cheese mix on each crepe and roll place crepes into pan, cover with foil when ready to serve, hot in oven on low setting.
  4. Serve with Chambord sauce and sour creme or possibly could also use cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling as sauce
