Receta Crepes With Apples And Almonds

- Peel, core and dice the apple 1/2 cm. Cook gently in the butter and lemon juice till tender. Stir in apricot jam and calvados, allow to cold.
- Whip cream till stiff. Mix in vanilla, apples and almonds.
- Spoon about 1-2 tblsp of apple cream onto one end of crepe and roll up. Place on a flat baking tray.
- Dust liberally with icing sugar and place under a warm grill 1 minute to glaze.
- Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
- Crepes and cream can be prepared in advance.
