Ingredientes

  • 150 gm Plain flour
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 400 ml Water
  • 40 gm Butter, melted A little salt Mixed herbs Sunflower oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine the flour and Large eggs in a mixer then add in the water and half the melted butter. Season and set aside.
  2. Chop a few mixed herbs, ideally fennel feather, basil and parsley.
  3. Make two pancakes per person and allow to cold. Then cut into tagliatelle size strips.
  4. Deep fry in sunflower oil for a couple of min, till crisp. Serve warm with grated Parmesan and sea salt.
