Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 ounce Sliced mushrooms, up to 6
  • 1 bn Green onions, minced
  • 2 lrg Fresh ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce Pernod
  • 24 lrg Shrimp

Direcciones

  1. Heat frying pan with the vegetable oil and add in minced onion and thyme. Cook 1 to 2 min. Add in the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic together with the tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 min. Add in shrimp and mix thoroughly. Cook 1 minute and add in salt and pepper.
  2. Blend the Pernod into the mix. Don't cook the shrimp for more than 3 to 4 min total, or possibly they will get rubbery. Serve over rice or possibly pasta, and bon appetit!
  3. Note: Try dipping bread in the sauce. You'll love it!
