Receta Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed
Recently I've seen many fellow bloggers who made this super easy but highly addictive Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed as a snack for the coming Chinese New Year. You'll only need three main ingredients and anyone of you can do it in a wink of an eye. Not only is it fragrant but you'll definitely love the crust with every bite. There isn't much detail in the recipe but I'll show you how to do make this snack which only requires 12 minutes of baking.

Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Dried Fish Fillet (is name as cod fish slice in Chinese)
- 1 packet Nori Seaweed
- 1 egg white
Place the cod fish slices on a lined baking tray.
Cut the nori seaweed into half
Fold into 3 equal sizes
and cut into 3 pieces (total 6 small pieces in one sheet of nori seaweed)
Brush some egg white on code fish slices and stick the nori seaweed on it.
Bake at preheated oven 150C for 8 minutes on one side and bake for another 4 minutes on the other side.
Leave Crispy Baked Cod Fish with Nori Seaweed to cool and store into an airtight container.
