Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Sole fillets or possibly other white fish
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/3 c. fine crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Cornflake crumbs
  • Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Dill (optional
  • Garlic (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets, dip in oil then coat with Cornflake and walnut mix which has been finely crushed on wax paper or possibly food processor. Add in other seasonings if you like. Arrange fish in single layer on lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 min without turning or possibly basting. Serve with lemon slice.
