Ingredientes

  • 1 lb flounder or possibly sole fillets
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. finely crushed cereal flakes
  • 1 x lemon, sliced Parsley sprigs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse fish and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, then dip in oil.
  2. Coat each fillet with crumbs and arrange in prepared baking dish. Bake 10 min, till fishturns translucent/soft to opaque. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
